Dr. C. Joseph Touhill, P.E., DEE, founded Touhill Technology Management in 1997.  
Subsequent to his retirement from active duty with the United States Air Force as a Brigadier
General, Gregory J. Touhill served the firm until he accepted the position of Deputy Assistant
Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and
Communications.  Subsequently, Greg was named the nation's first Federal Chief Information
Security Officer (CISO).

The firm specializes in the following areas:  environmental process engineering, cybersecurity
protection, project management, business administration, and the commercialization of
innovative technologies.  The firm consults with government agencies, corporations, private
companies, and individuals requiring immediate assistance in solving difficult technical and
management problems.
